ST. PETERSBURG, November 27. Pro-Balkan Societies are being formed, and £20,000 has been collected in the streets of Moscow.

VIENNA, November 27. After meeting M. Prochhaska, M. Eol proceeded to enquire into the reason of .the Consul at Mitroritza j quitting his post.

(Received November 29th, 12.2-5 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, November 23. Tho Czar had an audience with the Austrian Ambassador. It is expected
that the result will
bo to greatly
facilitate a settlement. The Czar was most cordial. Tho Ambassador intimated that Austria would leave tho Servian questions to be settled with other matters. They would not bo dealt with separately.
