SYDENHAM PICTURES.
The new programme of pictures shown on Saturday m the Svdenham Empire Picture Palace for the first time, was again given a hearty reception last evening. The large audience was favourably imnressed by the items of Signor Giorgio Martinengo, who had to respond to enthusiastic demands for encores. He first appeared in an illustrated song entitled, "Will Mv Soul Pass through Old Ireland," and his singing was lip to a high standard. In the second half, Signor Martinengo was warmly aPT-la-.dcd for h:s performance of 'the muiieal act, "Tho Unemployed .Musician This performance was a very citable one, and generally appreciated.
