ASHBURTON.
At n meeting of the Ashburton Methodist officials, the Rev. W. JElliott referred in feeling terms to the death of the lato Mr W V T.. Corbett, arid to the high esteem in which deceased had always been held. It was unanimously resolved *to place on the minutes, a record of. deceased's good works, and to send a letter of condolence to Mrs Corbett.
