FIRES.
(PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) ' BLENHEIM, June 12. A house of six rooms in Mam street was nutted by fire tins morning. Littlo was saved. Mr T. Redwood , , the owner, had an insurance of £200 in the Northern office on the house, and Mr S. Buliff, tho occupier, had the'furniture insured for £150 in the Guardian office. NEW PLYMOUTH, June 12. A two-storey house at Fitzroy, owned by Mr H. M. Skeot, Commissioner of Crown Lands at Auckland, and occupied by Mr Herman Broun, was destroyed by fire to-night. The building was-an old, historic landmark. Tho insurance is not available, but it is understood there was a lino of £400 on the furniture in tho National office.
