GERALDINE LIVE STOCK SALE.

The fortiiijjhtly salo at Geraldino j on Wednesday brought forward a largo ; entry of sheo'p, about 3000 fats and an | equal number of stores being offered, i Tliero was a good attendance of buyers, i and prices showed a. marked advanco . all round. Fat lambs sold from 11s 7<l to His (kl. prime lots realising from 17s ! ■to 22s Del- Fat owes brought from Us; to 16s 3d, and wethers, winch wero a small entry, lls 3d to 18s Store, lambs, mixed .sexes, sold at 7s 2d, halfbicxl do. 9s 2d to 12s ikl. Tho bulk of storo ewes and wethers yarded wero merinos, and prices obtained were: — Young ewes 10s 3d. c. and 1. ewes ]2s lOd, six and eight-tooth do. 15s Id, two-tooth halfbred do. 15s (kl, twor tooth merinos 17s, culls 3s u<l; merino wethers 5s od, os Gd, os B<l, Ga 6d, and 0s Id, two-tooth do. 12s, two-tooth halfbred dr>. 12.* 10d, 13s 4d, four-tooth do. 16s 3d. A line of 63 woolly sheep brought 14s. There was a larger -entry of cattlo than usual, and good demand. Yearling heifers 80s and 40s, three calves £2 7s Od. steer £2 l/>s, two steers £7 los, cow in profit £i 2s 6d, Jersey cow in calf £7, fat cows £fr and £7 10s.

Pigs.—A fair entry. Weaners from 8s Gd to 15s, porkers" 30s.
