The amendment of the constitution giving effect to the resolution of kvst year's Communication as to the ap]K>intment of (.rand lecturers, v. as adopted in n form which leaves to the discretion of the Grand Master the number of lecturers to be appointed, and to tho Board of General Purposes the question of printing their deliverances. Another amendment of the Constitution was adopted, carrying out the concession to lodges of Masonic Research that was agreed upon last year. Tho remainder of # the business of tho afternoon sitting was of purely Masonic interest, THK INSTALLATION CEREMONY. Tho installation of M.W. Bro. Maurice Thomson as Grand Master for tho year 1012-13, was conducted in tiio evening, in the presence of a crowd, d assemblage of members of Grand l<odgo and visiting brethren. The ceremony was carried out with extreme' dignity and oe.a. by tho retiring Grand Master (M.W. Bro. Griffiths) assisted by M.W. Bros. lI.'J. Williams and A. li. Burton.
