Campbell described a system of organised terrorism in Clare, Galway, and Roscomraon, which, he said, exit ted. Sir Rufus Isaacs recalled tho Tory flirtation with the Federal Hon-e Ilulo idea in the autumn of 1910, and asked the Opposition leaders to state whether they approved of the incitement to civil war. Mr Joseph Devlin d-enied the possibility of religious persecution in Ireland.
