GERALDINE RAM AND EWE FAIR,
The annual ram and owo fair was held at Geraldine yesterday in the County Saleyards. Tho entry comprised 5000 ewes and about 200 rams. There wa.s a largo attendance and good competition, the various lines offered realising satisfactory prices. Fullmouth ewes brought from 0s Id to 10s sd, half and three-quarterbred do. 8s 3d and 8s lOd. Sound-mouth do. lis Gd. 'Three-quarterbred two-tooths sold at 1-l.s Bd, 10s, 17s, 17s 2d, 17s 3d, and 17s Od; three-quarterbred four-tooth 18s od. four and six-tooth los Id, six and eight-tooth lis Gd, 12s lOd, 13s lOd, and 15s; four, six and eight-tooth 14s sd: halfbred six-tooth 17s 9d. Cull ewes, 5s 9d. 8s Od. and 9s 3d. Ewo lambs realised Bs, 12s, 12s Gd, 13s Id, a line of fat and forward lambs 10s lOd. E.L. rams, 17s Od, lgn, ljgs, 2gs, 2{gs, and 2Jgs; two-shear 2'gs and 3gs. B.L. rams, l}gs, 2gs, 2-J-gs, and 3gs. Romney rams lgn to ligs. Old rams 5s 3d to 10s fid.
