LAND SALE
Dalgety and Company, Ltd., sold at auction on Saturday, on account of executors of the late Mr James McLeUand, the Glenhurst property, Scarcill, and Glendhu, situated at Motunau. The sales wero as follow:—Glenhurst, 510 acres, at £10 per acre, to Mr Claude McLelland; homestead block, Glenhurst, 585 acres, £11, to Mr Frank McLelland; Glendhu, 452 acres, £8, to Lady Campbell, Happy Valley.
