MUSIC EXAMINATIONS.
AWARD OF MEDALS,
The Associated Board of the Royal Academy of Music and Royal College' of Music has awarded its gold and silver medals for the past year's work as follows :— Advanced Grade—Gold Medal: Phyllis E. Perry, counter point, 150 marks (teacher, Mrs B. L. Levi, L.R.A.M. and A.R.A.M., Dunedin). Silver Medal: Jessie M. Jones, pianoforte, 139 marks (teacher, Miss Yorston, Diinedin). Intermediate Grade Gold Medal: Francis L. Hawke, harmony, 135 marks (teacher. Miss Hart, L.AJ3., Wellington): Silver Medal: No candidate qualified to receivo this medal. The Victor Harris Memoriam Gold Medal: Evelyn L. Dowling, New Plymouth, violin, 134 marks.
