This Council will consist of an executive of threo delegates from each branch, and the Reform members of Parliament from tho- Auckland province. A number of other important dotails were decided upon, including tho selection of red, white, and blue ; in a distinctive design, as the official colours of tho Reform Party. The reports from various sources indicated that tho party was gaining adherents in large numbers every day; that it was now infinitely stronger than prior to tho last general election*; and that it was ready for another election at any moment in confident assurance of a great victory.
