WELLINGTON, BOOT OPERATIVES.
REGISTRATION CANCELLED. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TKCEGB-U.) WELLINGTON, February 27. At a meeting of the Wellington Boot Operatives' Union to-night tho following resolution was passed:—"That seeing that no agreement was arrived at by the employers and employees at the recent conference, this Union decides to tako determined steps for immediate action." Since the conference held last week, a ballot of the Union has been taken on the question of cancelling its registration under tho Arbitration Act. The result was announced to-night as follows:—ror can-, cellation. 250-, against cancellation, 90. The neccssarv notico will be forwarded to th© Registrar in due course.
