(PEES 3 ASSOCIATION TELKGBAM.) WIS3TPORT, February 26. Arrangements were completed to-night between Danks and party's Millerton syndicate avi Mr D. Ziman for the right of purchase of the syndicate's Snowy Creek property neat the Blackwater mines for £36,000 (£IB,OOO in cash, and £18,000 in sharea). The opinion of miners of lengthy experience is that this is one of the best mining properties discovered in New Zealand for many years. Tho syndicate's snares, which were selling last vrpek at the rate of £1000, havo advanced to £J2OO, with bo sellers. The syndicate is comprised mainly of coal miners. The manager of the Charleston. Mica mine has shipped 1J tone of mica, making a total of 21 tons shipped daring tho present year.
