AMERICAN PRECAUTIONS.
(Received February 26th, 12.25 a.m.) WASHINGTON, February 25. The United States troops along the Rio Gra'ndo havo been reinforced in consequence of the disturbed stato of the Mexican border. Orders have been given that all firing in American territory must bo stopped, oven if crossing the international boundary is necessary to secure this.
