The verdict of tho Court of Enquiry into tho Dolbi wreck was that tho vessel was not navigated with proper seamanlike care, and that tho lose was-duo to tho master's default. Considering the . trying circumstances of tho case, and the ability shown by the master after the casualty, tho Court refrained from dealing with his certificate. (Received February <Jsth, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Fobruary 24. The Court found that tho Delhi was not supplied with propor and sufficient diarts and sailing directions.
