The track was measured after the event, and was found to be two yards over—a circumstance which makes Kerr's walk more meritorious. In the 161b Hammer Throwing Championship, the three placed men, MeGrath, SlcHolme, and Bissett, all put up standard throws. Opio was again successful, annexing the 220 Yards Championship. Keddell tound his task in the 440 Yards Hurdles a comparatively , easy one, as four out of five of the visitors entered for this event scratched.
