LONDON, December 26. Tho "Berliner Post" declares that Germany must striko while the iron is hot, and secure possession of Portuguese Africa. Perhaps it may eventually become possible to induce Britain to cede Rhodesia, and France to cede the remainder of the Congo, thus assuring a mighty German Empire in Central Africa.
