LONDON. December 26. The operator on tho Delhi says that ho readily communicated with the French warship at Cadiz, but it was some time beforo Gibraltar or any of tho British warships acknowledged hie signals. (Received December 2Sth, 1.10 a.m.) TANGIERS, December 25. The Delhi is breaking in two.
