LONDON, December 26. Tho steamer Lincairn, which has arrived in tho Clyde, picked up seven of tho crew of the English stenmer GuilJemet. which foundered in tho Bay of Biscay during the recent gales. Sixteen men were drowned. The Lincairn also witnessed the foundering of an unknown Spanish steamer, but was unable to resc'ie anyone.
