In a manifesto to the electors of Avon published this morning, Mr G. W. Russell, tho recently elected member for tho district, announces that ac a Liberal he will share tho fortunes of tho party to which ho had always belonged, and. trusts that when an appeal is again raado to the country, a decisive verdict in favour of that party will be given. Ho adds that he will steadily work with his brother Liberals to that end.
