WAIMATE.
On Friday.evening Mr J. T. Fanlds, who is leaving Waihao Downs, was presented with a travelling rug by his fellow employees. A social was also tendered to Mr and Sirs 'Faulds tho same evening by residents. Tho Rev. O. C. Oldham presided, and called on Mr E. B. Harrison, chairman of the . School .Committee, to make a presentation, taking tho form of a handsome silver tea and coffee- service. Mr Faulds has been a member of the committee for' some years.
