BRITISH FOREIGN POLICY ATTACKED.
LONDON. November 16. Tho "Manchester Guardian" cannot understand why Mr Asqujth is unable to give a plain answer, yea or nay, to Mr Goldman's questions on apparently simple matters of fact. It adds: — "Our foreign policy has carried secrecy to an extravagant length." (Received November 18th, 12.10 a.m.) PARIS, November 17. Th-e Anglo-French exchange of territory in India is denied.
