COMPANIES. (rRESS ASSOCIATION TELEOHAJI.) AUCKLAND, September 23. At tho Arbitration Court to-day, Mr J. Fewcue esked to havo tho Waihi Compsmy, ■the Grand Junction Company, and tho Crown mines bound by tho engineer's award in. respect of tho engineers employed by them. Sir Chas. Grosvenor contended that the Junction and fho Crowu woro at present bound by another award. Ho also objected on bohalf of the Waihi Compuny. Tho Court hold that * shop award could not bs Inld to apply to a mining compapy, «nd throw out tho applications.
