THE COWES REGATTA.
United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 31. The Kaiser's yacht Meteor won a race at Cowes, against the Gcrmania, the White Heather, and the Water Witfth. King Alfonso steered the Hispania in the race for tho Commodore's Cup, the Hispania finishing second.
