PARIS, July 30.
Sir Francis Bertie, British Ambassador in France, has confersed with M. Do Selves, French Minister of Foreign Affairs. "Le Temps" state? they discussed what nortion of the Congo France would be prepared to cede to Germany in exchange for a free hand in Morocco.
M. Do Selves, after consultation with the Cabinet, said that ho was hopeful that a new treaty would be concluded, satisfying tho parties interested.
