A CHILBLAIN CURE. Mr R. W. Jones, storekeeper, Carrum, Vie, says that Chamberlain's Pain Balm cured his chilblains, and he wants everyone to know it. "I had one chilblain on my foot that was so big that I could not wear my boot.
