(Before Mr W. C. Cleary, J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. A first offender, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and discharged. Robert Allan, charged with drunkenness, did not appear. Ho had .been convicted for drunkenness on Saturday. He was fined £1 nnd costs. *■ AN UNPAID FARE. James Breen, charged with * travelling on the Maori between Wellincton nnd Lyttelton; with intent to evade nayment of bis faro, was fined £1 and costs, in default one month's imprisonment.
