(FK-U ASSOCIATION T-MEQUA--.) WELLINGTON, July 18. At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union, held to-day, it was decided that all runners now under tho jurisdiction of the Auckland Centre who had competed at unregistered meetings T>rior to tho formation of that Centre, should be granted a "clean sheet." Tho next oonforence was fixed to be held z.t> Auckland at the time of the Union's Championship Meeting.
