KAKA TO bE EXECUTED. (PRESS ADORATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON. June IS. A meeting of the Executive Council, his Excellency the Governor presiding, was held yesterday to further consider tho case of Tahi Kaka. the young Maori now under sentence of death at Auckland for murder. The decision of tho executive is that the law must tako its course. It is officially stated that no circumstances which could bo considered favorable to prisoner wero excluded from tho Council's deliberations.
