ASHBURTON.
(Before Mr V. G. Day, S.M.) Frederick Irvine, being the owner of an unregistered dog, was fined 6a, and ordered to pay the registration fee (2e 6d), together with coste. William man was similarly charged, and fined os, ordered to pay the registration fee (2s 6d), together with costs. In the following civil cases judgment was given for plaintiffs, by default:—Edward Hanrahan (Mr Buchanan) v. J. .Ashby. claim £1 3s Bd, and 5s costs; Samuel Crooks (Mr Kennedy) v. Sarah, Lagan, claim £1 17s, and 6s coste.
