AUCKLAND, May 24. Beautiful weather was experienced for the concluding day of the Takapuna Jockey Club's Winter Meeting, and there was » very largo attendance. The racing was very good, and speculation was brisk, the total for the Meeting amounting to £25,039, as against £14,111 last year. Results:— PUPUKE HANDICAP, of 100 eovs; seven furlongs—Lloyds, 7st 31b, 1; La Rcina, 6st 301b, 2; Miss Ada, 7st 13lb, 3. Romantic, and Misero Ouvert were scratched. Won by a length and a half. Time, lmin 33 2-oth ccc.

HAUTURU HURDLES, of 100 soys; one mile and three-quarters—Whakaweira, lOst, l;, Don Quex, lOst 6lb, 2: Delegate, 1 Ost 61b, 3/ All started. Won by half a length. Time, 3min 25sec.

SECOND PONY HANDICAP, of 100 eovs; five furlongs and a half—Miss Stella, Bst 51b, 1; Manurerc, 6st 10lb, 2; Mighty Atom, lOst 91b 3. Te Kspai and Kuratau were scratched.
