Seven young men named "W. Horon, ohu Maze, Michael Honrnn, Herbenlobbs, Patrick, Small, Robert Gason, nd John Grelish, were charged with listing and obstructing the police on laster Monday nighf. Heron was : irthcr charged with being drunk, and j amaging uniforms. The men wero j efended by Mr Elnisiey, and all j leaded not guilty. Gason and Grelish ere dismissed. Small was fined 10s nd 7s costs, Maze and Hobbs were ftt-d 20s and 7s costs each, and Heron as fined 20s for resisting, os and cost? ir drunkenness, and ordered to pay is, cost of damaged -uniforms. ! John Maze, for assaulting James Gill l Easter Monday night, was fined 20s, : default seven days' imprisonment i J. Heron, F. Mcßratney and H. ickson, were charged with using obcne language and assaulting A. K. ■ io mas on Easter "Monday night.
