There waa a large attendance at the sales yesterday, andaco* volume of business was transacted Over 10,030 sheep were yarded, of which 2500 were fats. The entry of cUe waa about 100 head, and «rfpg over 200. Prices were: —i at warn» ?tees> 15s 6d to 17s Gd; firm freezing lambs, 13s 6d to 14s 6d; lighter sorts, SgA to 12s 9d; fat los 6d to 17s 3d; fat ewes, lis Gd to 14s Id, two-tooth half bred ewes, 14s 6d to 18s, four and six-tooth, do., 13s to 14s n, sound-mouth ewes, 10s to lis 6d; aged 6s to 9s 6d; forward rape lambs, 10s 6d to 12s <sd; store lambs, 6s to 9s, fonvard wethers, 12s to 14s Gd Cattle: FaTcows, £6 to £7 12s 6d; old steeds, £3 10s. to £4 10s; good eighteen-months to two-year-old herters, 55s to £3 10s; good yearlings, 20s to 27s 6d; iWrf, £slos to £8; store cows, £3 to £5. Pigs: Baconers, .45s to 575; porkers, 28s to 355; store pigs, 22s to 28s; small pigs, 3s to Bs. In the produce yards the prices were —Heavy crossbred skins, to 7s; medium, 5s Gd; lighter, 2s; calfskins, 2s 6d; pelts, Is; hides, 4d per lb; fat, lid per lb; fleece wool, Bd.
