DUNEDIN WOOL SALE.
(PRIB3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, March 7. The fourth and final wool sale of the season was held to-day, when 1223 bales were offered. With the exception of a few lots passed in at the previous sale, tho catalogue was made up of late shorn clips and stragglers' wool. About 20 buyers were present. Competition was good for all classes, and prices generally were above expectations. Merino wool sold from par to id advance, crossbred and halfbred id, and in some cases £d advance, while the good prices ruling at the last sale for pieces wero well maintained. Taken all round, this was the most satisfactory sale of the season.
