TRIBES IN REBELLION-
SULTAN'S TROOPS DEFEATED
United Press Association—By. Electrio Telegraph—Copyrieht. (Received March 7th," 10.50 p.m.) TANGIER. March 6. The tribes - between Kazar-el-kebir and Fez are in a state of rebellion, and communication with Fez has been cut off.
The Sultan sent several bodies of troops whereof two were badly cut up. They lost their artillery, and many were kiUed or wounded.
The rebels propose to proclaim Abdul Aziz, Sultan.
