MR KEIR HARDIE.
Mr Keir Hardie, in his election address, advocates Home Rule for Ireland and Wales. He describes Imperialism as a huge imposition, and adds that if all combine to vote for Labour the day will come when neither landlord nor capitalist will be left to grind the faces of the poor; when, indeed, there will bo no poor among the community, and people in these and other lands will dwell together in unity and peace.
