The Duke of Norfolk remarked on Saturday last that it was not a question of Peers versus people, but of Peers and people, against the Commons.
Tho "Daily News" says this is suggesting that it is not a question of tho wolf versus Little Red Riding Hood, but of tho wolf and Red Riding Hood against the watch-dog. The Duko's remark is an admission that tho wolf is trying to kill the watolv-dog. Red Riding Hood realises that it can safely be left to her to decide which she will side with.
