NOTES.
Lord Ridley, in the course of a letter, says that he entirely approves of Mr JJalfour's declaration. Mr W. Ruiiciman, President of the Board of Education, speaking at Dewsbury, said he was in favour of two Chambers, both answerable to tho people. Dr. Clifford has expressed hopes that Mr Lansbury will be elected for Mile End.
