A DUKE ON IRISH DOMINATION.
The Duko of Marlborough, speaking at Macclesfield, said that they were prepared to bo ruled by the people, and to do anything reasonable that the people wished, but ''hod be hanged if he'd submit to the domination of his couri/trymen's enemies, who cheered British defeats in South Africa."
