THE IRISH QUESTION.
NATIONALIST LEADERS' MANIFESTO. The Irish Leaders have issued a manifesto stating that the defeat of the Lords will clear the path for Homo Rule. Mr T. P. O'Connor, in an election address, says that the peoplo havo at last an opportunity of ridding themselves of further servitude to a prejudiced and insolent aristocracy. This election appeals te Irishmen mainly becauso the. future liberty and happiness of Ireland depend on the extinction of their Lordships' absolute veto.
