TITHEREAS the Council of the Waimairi » y County intend to submit to the Ratepayers of that p art of the District described in the Schedule hereto a proposal to rniso a LOAN of £700. to be expended upon the following works, viz, ASPHALTING, CHANNELLING, and RE-GRADING the ROAD and PATHS within the said part of tho said District, and whereas such Council has caused to be prepared a Special Roil of the Ratepayers in that part of the paid District, now Notice is hereby (jiven that such Special Roll has been deposited for Public Inspection during the period of seven days from the date hereof and between the lwurs of 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. at the Offioo of the Council, 160 Hereford street, Christchurch.
