The Pennant match between Edgcwaro and Linwood Cluba was played, three rinks on each [;recn, and resulted in a, win for Lh)wood by 115 points to 10J. Following uo the results: —

An exceptionally good recovery was made by one of the Christehurch Club's rinks, ."kipped by Scager, on Saturday, when playing against one of tho Canterbury Club's rinks, skipped by H. Barlow. Canterbury had Rored 18 at tho ninth head, and Christchurch had no score at all. At the tenth head, however, Christehurch started scoring conFJatently, whereas Canterbury only put on another 2 point*. The conioquenco was that at tho 21st head tho scotp stood with Canterbury at 20, and Chriftc.hurch id 21. The Utter rir.k's remarkable, performance was greeted with much appreciative applause.
