WAIMATE.
A grateful change in the weather occurred during Friday night. From the great heat of the last few days to a cool east breeze, damp atmosnhere, clouded sky, and very light rain, the change was beneficial and acceptable in a Jiigh degree to animal and vegetable lite, 'lam rain, which was very light, ceased about 8 a.m.
