Satuidat, NovKunEß 26. MORNING SITTING. The House met at 10 a.m. FIRST READING. Tho Maori Herbalists Bill and the Metaphysicians Bill were road a first time. LOCAL BILLS. The following Bills passed their final stages:—Wellington Harbour Board Empowering, Kaiteke County . On the motion that tho Wellington City Milk Supply Bill be read a third time, Mr Jtussell moved that the Bill be postponed and that tho Government should, during recess, consider the advisability of introducing legislation of a progressive character, applicable, as in the case of the abattoirs, to boroughs of over 2000 inhabitants. The amendment was lost by 39 to 27, end the Bill paused. The Oreymotith Harbour Board Ixxins Consolidation Amendment Bill pass<?d its final stages, and the House adjourned till 10.30 a.m. on Monday.
