BALLOONS MISSING. United Press Aaeociation—By Electrio 'XelegTaph—Copyright. NEW YORK, October 21. The St. Louis authorities are alarmed at not hearing from three balloons in tho race. Tho Canadian Government has been asked to search for them. A RECORD TRIP. (Received October 23rd, 5.5 p.m.) The balloon Germania, which landed in the Quebeo Province, has probably made a record, having covered 1195 miles.
