A decree- has been gazetted abolishing the exceptional laws, including those affecting anarchist®, and repealing tho restrictions on tho Press. All the bishops have adhered to tho Republic. The soldiers participating in the reTolntion will be rewarded. The anti-clerical decree has been applied to the colonies, but British and other missions will not be interfered with. The control of the orphanago at Lorenco Marques will be taken over from the nuns and the orphans lodged in secular schools.
