The llev. D. C. Bates's weather summary and forecast, issued at Wellington nt 5 P .a yesterday are as follows:-The barometer has fallen everywhere, and tho weather has oeen coil and Changeable. Present aro for a falling barometer everywhere, with strong wester'y winds, and cloudy .*"<• *' ;* settled weather. The barometer will probably continue low in the south for a few days.- and rain will probably be genera . A southerly bow may be expected about Monday night, with a rising barometer.
