(PRESS ASSOCIATION TKLEGIIAM.) NAIMER, May 20. * Tlie annual meeting of Williams anel Kettle. Ltd.. wa.s held to-day. The report, which was adopted, showed that tho net profits for the past year amoiinteel to £] 1,022, to which had to bo added the undivided balance from lust year of £1793, mahin" the sum available for allocation £15,815. Thi.s was appropriated a.s follows: —In payment* of a dividend at .the rate of 7 .r.er cent, per annum, and 1 per cent, bonus on capital, a bonus of 1. per cent, on all goods purchased by shireholders, 13 per cent, on commissions .contributed by shareholders, £1000 to Ik* placed to the reserve fund, and tho balance carried forward.
