ROAD BOARDS.
MOUNT PEEL. At the last monthly meeting of the Mount Peel Road Board, .Mr G. J. Dennistoun was re-elected chairman for the ensuing year, and Messrs Dixon anel Trino were the members chosen by ballot to" retire at the close of their term of twelve months. Tho inspector of rabbits and noxious weeds wrote stating he had seen a good many rabbits in the Board's plantations at Peel Forest, and requested their destruction. The overseer was instructed to lay poison.
