A SCHEME-OF REORGANISATION.

The Christchurch Tj-amways Board has embarked on a stalif re-organisation scheme. The Board • considered that th-j resignation of Mr. Scott Symington from the position erf etigineer presented an opportunity cf dqaliiiK with staff matters, and abo'L_aiJng the system of triple control which .'has existed up to th« present. It is, considered that the new engineer shou'tl be consulted before any changes are ntade. Tho motormen and conductors are not affected in the scheme of reorganisation.
